Please read these terms carefully before using this website or placing an order. By placing an order with AND, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

By purchasing from andbridal.ca, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent or guardian) and that you accept these terms. These terms apply to all orders placed with AND and do not affect your statutory rights.

Orders

All AND pieces are made-to-order, with an estimated production timeline of 4–6 weeks unless otherwise stated.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Eligibility to Purchase

To place an order, you must provide accurate personal and payment information, including your name, phone number, email address, and billing details.

By placing an order, you confirm:

  • You are the authorised user of the payment method provided

  • The information supplied is accurate and complete

Products are sold for personal or gift use only and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders

  • Limit quantities per customer or address

  • Conduct identity, payment, and fraud checks

Personal data may be shared with fraud prevention agencies where necessary. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.

Pricing & Taxes

Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and import fees.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • The price charged will be the price at the time of order acceptance

  • Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer

If your payment method is in another currency, your provider will apply the relevant exchange rate.

Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance.

A contract is formed only when you receive confirmation that your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to:

  • Decline or cancel orders at our discretion

  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or failed payment authorisation

If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

Payment

We accept payment via PayPal and other methods listed at checkout.

All transactions are subject to validation checks by the payment provider. If payment is declined, we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery.

While we take reasonable measures to ensure site security, we are not liable for unauthorised access outside of our control.

Promotion Codes

Promotion codes:

  • Are non-transferable

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Cannot be combined with other offers unless stated

  • Must be used within the specified timeframe

Shipping & Delivery

We offer complimentary standard North American shipping on jewellery and accessories.

  • Expedited shipping and insurance are available at checkout

  • Orders are typically dispatched 1–2 business days after production is complete

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

Most international deliveries arrive within 7–10 business days after dispatch.

AND is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or external factors.

Ownership of goods transfers upon delivery.

A signature may be required upon delivery. Responsibility passes to the recipient at that point.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Clearance fees

These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty Goods

Items are considered faulty if they:

  • Are not of satisfactory quality

  • Are not fit for purpose

  • Do not match their description

Items damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, or external factors are not considered faulty.

To report a fault:

  • Contact hello@andbridal.ca within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear images and a description

Returns Policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of all pieces, returns are not accepted unless an item is confirmed faulty.

If a fault is approved:

  • The item must be returned unused and in original condition

  • All packaging must be included

We will:

  • Repair the item where possible, or

  • Replace it if necessary

Refunds & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor variations due to handmade production

If an incorrect or faulty item is received, we will repair or replace it in line with the policy above.

Product Representation

We aim to display colours and materials as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to screen settings and natural material differences.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including imagery, designs, text, and code — is owned by AND or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

Content Disclaimer

While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or uninterrupted.

We are not responsible for:

  • Technical issues

  • Viruses or harmful components

  • Third-party content

Users are advised to maintain appropriate security when browsing.

User-Generated Content

Any content shared by users reflects their own views.

By submitting content, you:

  • Accept full responsibility

  • Grant AND the right to use or share it

We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate.

Non-Commercial Use

This website is for personal use only.
